1. Nature of the service

CryptoAlmanach is a research prototype, powered by the TokenAlmanach™ AI Engine: an experimental tool that generates a list of tokens to watch based on market data analysis models and quantitative signals. The service is operated by an independent developer and is not intended for a broad public audience.

2. No investment advice

The information displayed on CryptoAlmanach (computed by the TokenAlmanach™ AI Engine) is provided on a strictly indicative basis. It does not constitute, under any circumstances:

• a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold assets;
• investment advice within the meaning of financial regulation;
• a promise of performance or results.

Crypto-assets are highly volatile and speculative instruments. You may lose all or part of the invested capital. It is your responsibility to conduct your own research (DYOR – Do Your Own Research) and, if needed, consult a duly authorized professional (investment advisor, lawyer, tax advisor, etc.).

3. Data sources & exchange platforms

Signals computed by the TokenAlmanach™ AI Engine rely in particular on data from crypto-asset exchange platforms (for example Binance) and other market data providers. Such data may be:

• partial, delayed, incomplete, or contain errors;
• temporarily unavailable for technical reasons;
• subject to change without prior notice by the relevant platforms.

CryptoAlmanach is not affiliated with Binance or any other exchange platform, and is not sponsored by these actors. Trademarks and platform names mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Advertising & affiliate links

In the future, CryptoAlmanach may display advertisements or include affiliate links in order to finance the development and maintenance of the service. In such case:

• ad placements will be clearly identified as such;
• the presence of an advertisement or an affiliate link does not constitute an investment recommendation;
• token selection (via the TokenAlmanach™ AI Engine) remains independent of any advertising agreements.

When cookies or technical identifiers are used for audience measurement or advertising purposes, they are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations (including GDPR and French CNIL rules). A banner or consent module may be displayed when required.

5. Cookies & trackers

The website may use cookies or similar technologies in order to:

• ensure the proper technical functioning of the site;
